Royal Enfield marked its first year of official operations in Bangladesh with the launch of updated versions of two beloved mid-size motorcycles, highlighting its dedication to the local community. The celebration was held in Dhaka and brought together biking fans, media, business partners, and representatives from IFAD Motors, the authorized distributor of Royal Enfield in Bangladesh.
To commemorate this special occasion, Royal Enfield introduced a limited-edition Classic 350, made exclusively for Bangladesh. This anniversary model comes in four unique colors inspired by well-known places in the country: Dhaka Amber, Cumilla Black, Rajshahi Red, and Sundarban Green. While its design and craftsmanship stay true to the classic charm of the model, these Bangladesh-themed colors give the motorcycle a special local touch.
Alongside the Classic 350 anniversary model, Royal Enfield also introduced the Meteor 350 cruiser to the Bangladeshi market. The Meteor 350 is crafted as a modern cruiser suitable for both city rides and longer adventures, available in various versions with different color options. Models include Fireball, Stellar, Aurora, and Supernova, offering riders a range of styles to suit their preferences.
Both the Classic 350 and Meteor 350 are equipped with Royal Enfield’s dependable J-series 350cc engine, known for its balance of performance and everyday reliability. This engine has helped establish Royal Enfield’s reputation worldwide as a brand that delivers enjoyable motorcycles, whether on highways or in urban settings.
During the celebration, Taskeen Ahmed, Vice Chairman of IFAD Motors, warmly shared the brand’s first-year story in Bangladesh, highlighting the enthusiastic response from riders and fans. He expressed that the excitement around the Classic 350 and the new Meteor 350 showcases a budding motorcycle community in the country. The anniversary models were also a way to thank the community and reaffirm Royal Enfield’s long-term commitment to Bangladesh.
IFAD Motors not only brings Royal Enfield bikes to Bangladesh but also runs a local assembly plant and supports a widespread sales and after-sales network. The company has launched several rider-centric activities to grow and strengthen the Royal Enfield family in the region.
With the launch of the special Classic 350 and the expanded Meteor 350 lineup, Royal Enfield continues to strengthen its presence in Bangladesh’s motorcycle market, offering riders more choices and celebrating a successful first year of growth and engagement.
