BYD Bangladesh Unveils Upgraded Atto 3 Electric SUV
At a ceremony held at BYD Bangladesh’s flagship showroom in Tejgaon, Dhaka, a manufacturer of new energy vehicles, formally unveiled the updated Atto 3 electric SUV.
BYD Bangladesh's Chief Marketing Officer, Imtiaz Nawsher, Head of Sales, Fahmid Ferdous, and Chairman of CG Runner BD Ltd, Hafizur Rahman Khan, were the event's chief guests.
BYD's renowned Lithium Iron Phosphate Blade Battery (LFP), which can be charged from 30% to 80% in about 30 minutes with a DC fast charger, is included with the new Atto 3. Additionally, it is powered by the brand's e-Platform 3.0, which is intended to enhance smart driving features, safety, and performance.
The SUV carries a Euro NCAP 5-star safety rating and includes up to seven airbags along with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS).
A new Thaumas Black interior with ventilated front seats for increased comfort is one of the many improvements included in the most recent model. It has a sportier appearance, new black-housed headlights, and an updated rim design with 18-inch tires. An upgraded 12V low-voltage LFP battery is also included with the model.
Customers can choose between two Atto 3 Electric SUV variants:
- Standard Range (BDT 49.90 lakh): Up to 345 km on a full charge
- Extended Range (BDT 55.90 lakh): Up to 420 km on a full charge
A comprehensive warranty package is also available from BYD Bangladesh, which includes 6 years or 150,000 km for the vehicle, 8 years or 160,000 km for the traction battery, and 8 years or 150,000 km for the motor and motor controller.
