KTM motorcycles have been sold in Bangladesh since 2017. Although KTM bikes have a large market share almost worldwide, only a few KTM models are available in the Bangladeshi market due to engine CC limits. The price of these bikes is high in the Bangladeshi market. Therefore, only a small number of people can afford to buy KTM bikes. Here, KTM bike prices have also been briefly discussed.
In Bangladesh, KTM has a limited lineup, the KTM Duke and RC series. In Bangladesh, there are several popular brands in the 125 CC segment, such as Honda CB Shine SP, Suzuki Burgman, Suzuki Access, Suzuki GSX, Yamaha Saluto, TVS Max, Runner Turbo, Hero Ignitor, Hero Glamour, Bajaj Discover, etc. But KTM is the best in the 125 CC segment. The engine power and maximum torque of KTM bikes set them apart from all other bikes.

In Bangladesh, only amateur bikers collect such high-quality bikes. There are very few KTM showrooms, sales points, and service centers in the country. Motorcycle World Limited is the main importer of KTM bikes in Bangladesh. Recently, Runner Automobiles Limited launched three models of KTM motorcycles in Bangladesh and became a distributor.
Difference - KTM Duke and KTM RC (European Versus Indian)
In Bangladesh, there are two versions of KTM Duke. One is the Indian version, and the other is the European version. Although the engine displacement and powertrain of these bikes are the same, there are several changes in terms of features and outlook. Therefore, there is also a difference in their price tags. The European version of KTM Duke is slightly more expensive than the Indian version.
KTM RC 125 has several differences between its Indian and European versions, including the Indian version of KTM RC 125 weighing 154 kg, which is about 15+ kg heavier than the European version. The Indian version of KTM RC 125 includes a saree guard, a grab handle, and a tire hugger, which are absent in the European version. The Indian version is manufactured by Bajaj. The European version is completely different in terms of design. The fuel tank and front extension kit look larger and more striking than the Indian version. Other major changes include its headlight unit and the visible trellis frame. This headlight unit carries KTM's signature look and is equipped with LED lights featuring snake fang DRLs.
The Indian version of KTM Duke carries the same engine and powertrain, but it looks different from the European version. The fuel tank design looks standard, but the extension kit is not as sharp as the European one. However, it gets an outstanding look due to its orange-colored rims. The latest change in this version is the dashboard, which features a digital dashboard.
The India-spec version has an iconic fiber fuel tank and a basic frame. The Euro-spec motorcycle has a steel fuel tank with a 13.4-liter capacity. The India-spec model has a 10.5-liter fuel tank.
The Euro-spec 125 Duke is equipped with full LED headlights. The India-spec model is equipped with a halogen headlight.
