Japanese auto giant Toyota Bangladesh Limited has officially thrown open the doors to a brand-new showroom in the heart of Tejgaon Industrial Area, Dhaka, marking a strategic push to deepen its footprint in the Bangladeshi car market.
Situated at Trade Intercontinental on Bir Uttam Mir Shawkat Sarak, this showroom isn’t just another display floor, it’s Toyota’s renewed effort to align with its global vision “Be the Right ONE” while catering to the evolving needs and passions of local car buyers and enthusiasts.
At the inauguration on 17 December, Premmit Singh, Managing Director of Toyota Bangladesh Limited, emphasized that the showroom launch is just the beginning of a broader plan to offer added value and enhanced experiences for Toyota owners across Bangladesh. The move comes as Toyota steps up its operations here with a localized structure under Toyota Bangladesh Limited, which was established earlier this year to manage sales, genuine parts, and after-sales services more directly.
Singh highlighted the company’s commitment to sustained growth in all market conditions, reinforcing teamwork and delivering services that reflect Toyota’s long-standing global ethos. Toyota says it will build on its core philosophy “Live on site, face reality, and accomplish” to support Bangladeshi drivers with quality vehicles and experiences that resonate with local expectations.
For Bangladesh’s auto sector where Toyota has long been a dominant name on city streets and highways, having an official, modern showroom under the latest distributor structure signals renewed confidence in the market’s potential and a more seamless ownership journey for customers from Dhaka to beyond.
