Suzuki launches Bangladesh’s largest motorcycle service hub in Tejgaon

Suzuki Bangladesh has just opened a new service area in the Tejgaon Industrial Area, and it’s quite significant. This is now the largest motorcycle service facility in Bangladesh and the biggest within Suzuki’s global network.
This is not just another workshop; it’s a 22,000 square-foot setup built around Suzuki’s international 5S concept: Sales, Service, Spare Parts, Safety/Riding School, and Skill/Technician Training. Everything a biker might need, from buying to maintaining to learning, is all under one roof.
At the opening ceremony, key Suzuki Bangladesh officials, including Imran Zaman Khan, Divisional Director of Automobile Division 3, and Quazi Ashiq Ur-Rahman, Executive Director of Automobile Division 3, attended along with several industry guests.
The facility aims to be a central hub for innovation, safety, and customer care. This is something our motorcycle scene has needed for a while, especially with the booming two-wheeler market in Dhaka and beyond.
To celebrate the launch, Suzuki is offering a 25% discount on service charges and Ecstar lubricants from November 1 to November 15. This is a smart move; it’s likely to attract many riders eager to check out the new setup while saving money.
It looks like Suzuki is truly enhancing the after-sales service and setting a new standard for others to follow.
